His extensive career at Ford Motor Company saw him lead numerous operational and engineering teams, significantly advancing the use of additive manufacturing processes. Most recently, Harold spearheaded the integration of these technologies into Ford’s production manufacturing environment. Harold is currently the Head of Additive Manufacturing at IperionX an American titanium metal and critical materials company – using patented metal technologies to produce high performance titanium alloys, from titanium minerals or scrap titanium, at lower energy, cost and carbon emissions.
